Matcha Blizzard
Ingredients you need :
Jelly powder 50g
Milk 200cc
Cake puff powder 20g
Pure matcha powder 5g
Creamer 10g
Fructose 15cc
200cc Hot water
Ice cubes
Matcha powder (all in one ) 30g

Milk Pudding Recipe:
- Ratio of Jelly powder : Milk : Water = 1:4:4 ( 50g jelly powder : 200cc milk : 200cc hot water )
- Stir until the milk pudding well combined. Leave it cool down until it solidifies.
Matcha Cake Puff Powder Recipe:
- Cake puff powder : Water: Pure matcha powder = 4 :4 :1 ( 20g of cake puff powder : 20cc of water : 5g of pure matcha powder ).
- Stir until the Cake puff powder forms a paste.
Matcha Drink Recipe:
- Add 200cc of hot water, 30g of matcha powder, 10g of creamer into the shaker cup and stir until powder dissolve.
- Add 15cc of fructose.
- Add ice cubes until the cup is 80% full.
- Mix drink by shaking machine.
Matcha Blizzard Recipe:
- Add 100g of Milk pudding into the cup.
- Use a long spoon to spread matcha cake puff powder along the cup's wall.
- Pour matcha drink into the cup , it’s ready to serve !
