TARO
Taro is rich in fiber and nutrients. Taro helps control blood sugar, preventing and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Reducing the risk of cancer.
Step 1:
Add 3 spoons of Taro into a cup and smash it.
Step 2:
Add 1 spoon of tapioca pearls and 15cc of brown sugar syrup.
Step 3:
Pour in 200cc of warm fresh milk.
Step 4:
Prepare milk foam : add 30g of cream powder and 120cc of fresh milk into a cream blender . Blend it well and add it on top of the drink .
Step 5:
Sprinkle brown sugar powder on top and caramelize it using a blow torch.
