Refund & Return Policy
At Possmei, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Refund & Return Terms
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or refund.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
- Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.
- Possmei reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions above.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the products and packaging so our team can assist you promptly.

If your return is accepted, customers would be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, please place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
