HOW TO COOK BOBA
Ingredients :
Tapioca pearl 17.65 oz (500g)
Water 176.37 oz (5,000 ml)
Cane liquid sugar 3.53 oz (100 ml)
Step 1: Ratio

The ratio of tapioca pearls to water is 1 : 10
Step 2: Boil & Float

Boil the Water: Bring water to a boil.

Add the Tapioca Pearls: Sieve the pearls slightly to remove fine powder. Pour the pearls into boiling water and whisk constantly until they float to the top.
Step 3: Cooking Time

Set a timer for 35 minutes.

Reduce to medium heat to keep the pearls rolling, and cover the pot halfway.
Step 4: Stir Regularly

Stir the pearls every 5 minutes during cooking to ensure even heating and to prevent sticking or burning.
Step 5: Resting Time

Cover the lid and turn off the heat.

Let the Tapioca Pearls sit covered for 35 minutes.
Step 6: Rinse & Sweeten

Drain and Mix: Drain the hot water, rinse with drinking water 2 to 3 times until cooled. Transfer to a bowl, mix in Cane Liquid Sugar or sweetener, and it's ready to serve!

- Can they be added to hot drinks? Yes, but higher temperatures may cause Tapioca Pearls to become softer in texture.
